Join fellow honey enthusiasts who are both currently in the Italian sensory program and members of the Italian Register for an in-person weekend of tasting and evaluating honey produced in the United States. PROJECT: FLOWER + FLAVOR invites you to engage in a unique sensory experience focused on identifying and appreciating the diverse botanical sources, seasonality, climate, and terroir that define US honey. This collaborative effort will kickstart the creation of a comprehensive US database, advancing industry knowledge and supporting producers with valuable data. Attendees are asked to bring or send samples of honey produced in the US. The AHTS is committed to sharing knowledge and expertise in honey sensory evaluation and creating a community of professionals who share a passion for quality and authenticity.

We will meet at the AHTS head quarters in Weston, Connecticut.
