The AHTS is please to announce our next in person course -  Introduction to The Sensory Analysis of Honey - Level 1. The course will be held in 2026 in Weston, Connecticut. Class runs 4 full days from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Class size is limited to 25 students. Lunch on the premises will be included all 4 days.

This is an official course and students who attend all 4 days of this course will be awarded a certificate of completion which will be recognized by the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey. This allows you to take the Level 2 course after 3 months.
