The AHTS is excited to announce that we have returned to in person courses beginning with this four day Introduction to The Sensory Analysis of Honey. The course will be held on April 29, 30 -  May 1, 2, 2024 in Weston, Connecticut.

 

Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Class size is limited. Lunch will be included all 4 days.

Students who complete the 4 day course will be awarded a certificate of completion which will be recognized by the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey. This allows you to take the next 2 courses in Bologna.
