Introduction to The Sensory Analysis of Honey May 21-24, 2020
The AHTS is excited to announce that this four day training course in the sensory analysis of honey will be in a full accreditation in conjunction with the National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey based in Bologna, Italy. Students who complete the course will be awarded a certificate of completion which will be recognized by the Italian register of honey sensory experts and satisfies the required prerequisite 4 day Introductory course. Now you can begin your journey to becoming fully certified Expert in the Sensory Analysis of Honey right here in the US by completing this 4 day course. Students interested in continuing their honey education will be required to complete Level 2 and Level 3 courses at the National Register in Bologna, Italy. NOTE: The AHTS will continue to offer Introductory courses and other basic refresher courses in the US. Class is limited to 20 students.
